Vinous without being at all overbearing, it offers the visceral salinity of the domaine’s white wines alongside the red-fruited elegance of Pinot Noir from these distinctive soils. On the palate the Tannins give power with impressions of fresh red fruit and a nice balance.
Hand harvested. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, pneumatic, whole cluster direct pressing. Time on lees less than 6 months.
