Festejar is a delightful rosé pet-nat that is bright ruby red in the glass with ripe cranberry, brambly red raspberry, spearmint and a touch of Christmas spice on the nose. There is a faint trace of residual sugar, which would make this an easy-going aperitif. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. Méthode Ancestrale. No added SO2, Unfined/Unfiltered.
