2019 - Pinot Auxerrois, Riesling
This is a cheerful example of Crémant d'Alsace, with a soft mousse, vibrant energy, acidity and rich notes of baked apple. Bottled with a low dosage (5gr/l)
The grapes are picked by hand and pressed very slowly. The wine matures for 8 months on fine lees (sur lie) and is then bottled.
