Chenin Blanc
The chenins of the “Grillonnières” plot are planted on very calcareous flint clay soils. Slow press and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts which takes place in 600 liter demi-muids.
This very clear and very aromatic Chenin turns out to be fragrant and very pleasant. The nose evokes kumquat, combawa and citron. The very slender palate is still tasty and pleasant. A nice juice to put in all hands. Organic. Biodynamic
