NV - Cabernet Franc A very fruity wine, with citrus notes, very supple on the palate, with elegant bubbles. Manual harvest. Direct pressing. Fermentation begins without adding yeast in vats at low temperature. The wine is then bottled in the middle of fermentation with 22 g of sugar remaining per liter. The fermentation ends in the bottles, the wine is then quickly disgorged. A brut nature wine with no added sugar or sulfur.
