Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
Organically farmed in the most northern of Bordeaux’s Right Bank, this is an outstanding bottle of wine, even at twice the price. Fresh, lively acidity, vibrant red fruit flavors, and just a hint of spice make it a medium-bodied foil to a wide variety of cuisines. Absolutely delicious!
Grapes are hand harvested, de-stemmed then macerated in stainless steel vats for 18 days. Pressed wine and free-run wine are separated when removed from vats. Malolactic fermentation are done separately in concrete vats for 12 months before bottling.
