Heady notes of rose and spice are offset by fine tannins and a bitterness that complements any exuberance beautifully, making for a wine of real complexity.
The grapes were fermented as whole bunches for five weeks before being pressed off to cuve to rest until spring. Unfined/Unfiltered. No added SO2.
