Expressive nose of iodine, fresh seaweed, yellow fruit, and lemon. Invigorating marine freshness counterbalanced by a nice volume on the palate. A pure, delicate and crystalline wine. A good hour in a decanter is welcomed in the first years of his life.
Chardonnay that is destemmed by hand and sees 8 months of skin maceration in amphora, as well as Folle Blanche destemmed by hand followed by one month of skin maceration and one year of aging in amphora.
