Excellent, toast, oak, fruits with burned minerals. Nice wine with really good acid for the grape. White fruit, flowers, a bit of vanilla and coconut, butter. Lots of acidity on the palate, Pear on the nose. Green apple and blueberry on the mouth. Fantastic bitterness. Medium to long finish.
