The wine shows bright aromas of peach, grapefruit, and melon notes with vivid acidity to compliment the fruit. A delightful rose with energy! Harvest occurs at night before sunrise to protect the grapes from the day’s heat.
Grapes are pressed as soon as they arrive at the winery. The juice remains in contact with the skin for about 2 hours . Spontaneous fermentation, then it is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled in early spring.
