Classic white Rhône blend, perfumed, floral with great minerality and freshness. Clairette lifts this blend by bringing notes of peach, citrus fruit with balanced acidity.
The grapes are harvested early in the morning, before daybreak, to protect them from the day’s heat. Cold settling, fermentation using natural yeasts. Vinification and aging for 5 months in steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and acidity.
