2016 - Grenache
A more delicate and ethereal style of CNDP. The bouquet is perfumed and intoxicating with light red fruits, dried tobacco, eycaluptus, and violets. On the palate savory raspberry sherbet. The expected large and brazen tannins are replaced with lithe and lavish ones.
Hand harvested, with extreme selection. Totally destemmed then fermented using natural yeasts in stainless steel vats for a period of 3 to 4 weeks. The wine is then aged in steel tanks for 30 months.
