Ploussard
With a domain consisting of 5ha of vines aged 7 to 77 years on the marly valleys of Pupillin, Julien Mareschal is one of those who thinks that wine is made primarily in the vineyard. These Ploussard grapes (70% destemmed by hand, 30% whole bunches) from a terroir of red Triassic clays were vinified and bottled without sulfites or any inputs. The vines are plowed and cultivated without weedkillers or synthetic products.
