Classically inclined but still light and fun on its feet. An elegant and expressive lower tannin Gamay that bursts with ripe red fruits and some green leafy undertones.
Carbonic maceration with whole clusters and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, without SO2 in concrete tanks. It is then aged underground 6 months in used foudres (80%) and barrels (20%) that were originally built for holding beer, then were repurposed in the 1950s and 1960s.
