Varietals: 45% Carignan, 45% Black Grenache and 10% Syrah
Hundred-year-old vines on hillsides. The Carignan and Grenache Noir are vinified in carbonic maceration, and the Syrah is destemmed, not crushed. 18 days vatting. 9 months aging in oak barrels. A red wine, nice grain of tannin, expressive and balanced wine, with relief on the palate, notes of red fruits, minty finish.
