This wine is all grown up with soft dark florals and spices. Composed of 100-year-old vines of Carignan, Grenache Noir, and Syrah, Can Del Rey has a savory component as well. Silky fruits with refined tannins; deep brooding qualities of wild blackberry, river silt, forest floor, and a gentle bitterness akin to orange pith, crushed peppercorns, and dried mint.

Winemaking: carbonic maceration of Carignan and Grenache, destemmed, 18 day maceration of Syrah, spontaneous fermentation in neutral oak with indigenous yeasts
Aging: 9 months in neutral oak
