Floral and aromatic on the nose — orange blossom, fresh grape, a touch of citrus peel — with a dry, crisp palate that keeps the variety's natural perfume in check.
Mostly direct-pressed into concrete, with roughly 10% of the fruit macerated on skins for three days before pressing — enough to add texture and a little grip without tipping into orange territory. Blended and aged in tank, then bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfur.
