2021 - 90% Grüner Veltliner and 10% Roter Traminer
Dusty tangerine in color, it opens with delectable aromas of yellow apple and vanilla wafers. On the palate it evokes orange creamsicle - while remaining completely dry! - with layers of sweet apple, spice, and a clean, refreshing finish.
They are spontaneously fermented in plastic Speidel tanks on the skins for three weeks, including malolactic fermentation, and matured for 6 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
