The light/medium bouncy and fun coastal red from Croatia is organically farmed by hand and sees indigenous yeast in fermentation. Strong fruit, almost currant-like, with great acid and an almost Jolly Rancher joy on the body.
No added sulfites.
Winemaking: 4-5 day maceration, spontaneous fermentation in polyethylene and stainless steel with indigenous yeasts
