2018 80% White Carinyena, 15% Red Carinyena and 5% Carinyena gris The last addition to join the Cosmic family is this Encarinyades, a single vineyard wine without added sulphites made from the blend of the three Carinyenas from the same plot, this is a wine hard to classify as red or white. This is a crunchy wine with an amazing pale ruby/rose color. There’s a bit of funk on the nose but the plate is brilliant with crunchy red fruit
