Melon de Bourgogne
Manuel Landron and Marion Pescheux have been making wine for a little while, traveling the new world, helping Manu's dad, the legendary Jo Landron, in Muscadet, working in Montlouis with the Jousset's… They've been around, they know what they like, and they understand how to make it. Last year, Jo decided to give Manu about 1ha of his biodynamically farmed vineyards so they can get a start, and Complémen'Terre was created. There are 5 or 6 more hectares to come, and the goal is to establish Manu and Marion as serious Muscadet makers from the new generation. All vineyards are biodynamic certified, and much like his father, Manu's wines are supremely mineral, lively, and complex. 2013 is their first vintage, and we can't wait to see what these two have in store for the future!
