Concentrated aromas of almonds, notes of fresh dough and wild herbs. Light, dry and delicate on the palate leaving a pleasant, fresh aftertaste of almonds.
Fino is produced exclusively with palomino grapes grown from the Matalian estate. Spontaneous fermentation between 22-24º. After fortification to 15% ABV, Arroyuelo Fino spends 5 years aging biologically under a continuous veil of flor in very old barrels according to the criaderas and soleras system.
