Straw yellow with a fine and pleasant bubble on the palate. The nose is expressed with elegant notes of flowers and white fruits, aromatic herbs and a splash of citrus. In the mouth the sip is striking for the chasing of acidity and flavor, supported by a solid and well balanced body. Dry and persistent finish.
Excellent as an aperitif wine, it also goes well with small appetizers and not too elaborate preparations. Try it with nettle gnocchi with butter and sage or sea-scented risotto.
