Color of blood orange, with expressive nose of quince, candied fruits, apricot and bitter orange from the skin contact. Full bodied, with ginger, mandarin and rhubarb aromas, with a light tannic structure. Hand harvested. Pulp is an orange wine made of Grenache Gris. Fermented with natural yeasts, the wine is macerated on skins for 40 days with the press juice blended back into the wine to add color, depth and structure. The wine is bottled without filtration or sulphur addition.
