Smooth and gulpable, this delivers plenty of juicy, spicy black fruit accented with floral notes and a touch of stemmy wild herbs and graphite. Delicately grippy tannins on the finish make this an ‘easy’ companion at the table. Best served with a chill!
The grapes are required to be picked by hand, Grapes are destemmed. Whole berry are preserved, and are vinified without crushing . Short maceration (6 days). Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is fermented and aged in cement vat. Unfiltered.
