Lively ripe red fruits, a little salty and juicy, this wine has taken the best from the south of France, a rich fruitiness combined with the taste and good acidity provided by the terroir.
The grapes are macerated in concrete vats for three weeks and fermented. Extraction is done by breaking the cap and pumping over. No sulfites are added from harvest to bottling. The wine is aged in concrete vats for 4-5 months.
