A Pinot Noir of great finesse, less in power and volume than the Epineuil, but no less persistent, it delicately lengthens into sweeter spice notes and a slightly cooler balance. It has a beautiful mastery of oak, silky tannins and notes of ripe berries. The mouthfeel and tannins display the same class. It is simply a superb Pinot Noir.
Harvest: by hand
Winemaking: destemmed, whole cluster fermentation in stainless steel, indigenous yeasts
Aging: 16 months in oak barrels
