2019 - Slarina
Beautiful garnet in the glass. It entices and delivers with notes of crunchy red fruits, black pepper and a purr of purple flowers. Lively acidity and savory undertones imbues the palate and makes this wine thirst quenching, but complex.
Vinified in steel vats and in concrete tanks with native yeasts macerated for 12 days. Aged 10 months in cement. Unfined/Unfiltered.
