Farming: Organic, Unfined/Unfiltered, No added SO2
Named after Nadia's mother, this is a floral, heady red with all the warmth of a mother's hug. There is plenty of black fruit and spice on the palate, and some earthy notes to keep it grounded.
The grapes are destemmed with berries kept whole and gently pressed without breaking the skins, just enough to kick off a native-yeast fermentation in vat. Fermentations go long in this cold cellar, as do macerations, which are up to 2 months. "Teresa" ages for a year in a mix of cement, fiberglass and steel tank before bottling without filtration. Zero sulfur.
