Casa Belfi Rosso Naturalmente Frizzante is a fruity sparkling wine with aromas of fresh strawberries combined with spicy nuances of liquorice and black pepper. On the palate it’s fresh, wild and sparkling. A sparkling wine with a tart character but irresistibly easy to drink.
Casa Belfi Rosso Naturalmente Frizzante ferment spontaneously without temperature controls in stainless steel tanks and vinification in the bottle is finished in a natural way before the process is completed. As it isn’t filtered or clarified, the residual yeasts remain in the bottle making it cloudy, no added sulfites.
