Carolina comes from a winemaking family, her father Lorenzo being an established producer as well. Carolina, an enologist, works with her brother Lino, the agronomist, to make her stunning wines. On their small plot they are able to grow corn to feed the animals that produce the fertilizer for their grapes - talk about a self sustaining system! This rosé dry, crisp and easy drinking.
