The term Cuè in Sicilian dialect means "Who is it?" in a nutshell it is used for someone unexpected. This is the reaction that arouses in anyone who tastes this dry muscat, as the aromas that can lead you to think of a classic dessert, deviate from the obvious. Deep gold in color with very aromatic, with intricate aromas of apple, nectarine, beeswax candle, orange blossom, honey, lemon, smoky minerals and almond. 5 month fermentation in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts, followed by 2 months ageing in the bottle, unfined and unfiltered. Low SO2 added.
