2020 - Falanghina
it has an intense golden color and expresses enveloping and typical aromas of verbena, aromatic herbs, citrus fruits, iodine and hints of rocks, while on the palate it is very fresh and salty (think martini olive), rich in pulp.
30 + year old vines. The grapes macerated on their skins for four days then fermented and aged 12 months in large chestnut casks. Unfined/Unfiltered. No added SO2.
