Nose of watermelon and strawberries. In mouth, fresh, refreshing, medium body & acidity, delivering watermelon, strawberry and candied orange flavors that linger. Be cautious when opening. Chill extremely well, allow to settle and get ready to pour into the glass ASAP, cannot state enough how excitable this bottle is. (We recommend opening old school style: under water)
It is hand harvested, destemmed, skin macerated for 1 day (for color) then the free run juice is transferred into fiber glasstanks using gravity where it remains for 2 months before being bottled without filtering, fining, disgorging, or sulfur.
