Rich and alluring, this grape opens with heady aromas that range from floral to a fleshy. On the sink-your-teeth-into-it palate, ripe red fruit balanced with leathery, sanguine components that lead harmoniously into the lengthy, smooth finish. We recommend a slight chill! Hand-picked into small baskets. Fermentation: vatted and lightly stomped in the vineyard, transferred to small 5hl tanks in the cellar. Aging: in tinaja, inox steel tank, and old barrels.
