Macabeo and Tardana
Hazy coral-peach hued in the glass, with low acidity, some tasty apricotty skin-contact flavors, and wild, but only mildly so. A great 'dip-your-toes' into the water orange!
Hand harvested, around a month on the skins with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Aged several months on the lees in stainless tank.
