Candied peach rings with germanium highlights on the nose. Bright yellow with greenish hues in the glass. The palate is rich, easy and wow yummy! Fresh, acidic, full-bodied and flavorful that has a fleshy white peach finish. Well balanced.
Mechanical, nocturnal harvesting. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Pressing and static racking of the must for a further 48 hours. Fermentation in Stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 13C. Sustainable some organic practices.
