Fresh bright fleshy fruits with exotic aromatics that include tropical fruits, lime blossom, lychee and meyer lemon peel. Burgeoning acidity keeps the fruit in place however and the extended lees contact gives it a silky smooth texture! A very special wine!
PIWIS are new vine varieties that are highly resistant to fungi . This means that Piwis are sprayed little or not at all in the vineyard. Short maceration, fermented without chilling in stainless steel tanks, 5% fermented on the skins aged 23 months of the fine lees. Unfined/Unfiltered.
