Pale ruby color. On the nose bright red fruits, tart cherry, raspberry, a touch of baking spice. On the palette juicy, brambly brightness with depth. Backberry, strawberry, sour cherry, pomegranate, wild herbs, and all-spice. Medium bodied with light tannins and med-high acidity. Serve lightly chilled in the summer for a fresh, fun and juicy beverage to be enjoyed on its own, or easily paired with foods.
The 10 hectares of vines are farmed biodynamically, with the whole farm in biodynamic conversion since 2022, and will be fully certified in 2026. Vines were planted in 2000 on clay and limestone soils, at an elevation of 450 -550 meters, and the vineyard faces north to north east.
