Sauvignon Blanc
Straw yellow color with evident green reflections, exuberant aroma, reminiscent of yellow and white flowers, elderberry, mint, exotic and not fruit (grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit, white peach, apricot and plum yellow). Fresh wine, immediate, with great freshness and acidity, but at the same time gustative length.
In the vineyards, the objective is minimum intervention in order to reduce environmental impact, herbs and grass are left to grow between the rows of vines. No herbicides or synthetic fertilizers are ever used, and only small amounts of copper and sulfur are used when needed. Organic
