An unoaked Tuscan red wine that comes in a liter bottle and is meant to be enjoyed immediately. Unlitro displays intense aromas and an immediate and harmonious mouth, characterized by an explosion of red fruit laced with delicate balsamic and spicy notes. If ever there were a pizza, pasta or Friday night wine, this is it!
The varieties were harvested and vinified separately. A small part of the harvest undergoes carbonic maceration (10%), the rest is either done whole berry or crushed. Macerations lasted 5-7 days. Aged 6 months in cement tanks.
