Dark pink shade. A fresh, aromatic rosato bursting with flavors! Delicious balanced rosato, red fruit, raspberry preserves, citrus-like acidity and with well integrated structure.
No maceration on skin, and aging in steel tank for 6 months, no filtration and only 20mg of SO2. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast.
