A field blend from Avi Deixler - our favorite California Cooper/Natty angel. Easy-drinking and juicy with soft tannins. The nose is vibrant, delivering red and blackberries, huckleberry, fresh summer herbs, mahogany, carnations, and cedar. The medium light mouthfeel reveals summer berries and herbs, bay leaf, brûlée strawberries, cream de cassis, vanilla, oak, balsamic glaze, and mint.
