Robust flavors of fruit and spice, a bit of chewy tannins. very fresh and tasty! The kind of big red you can enjoy anytime, preferably with a juicy barbecue or steak. Whole cluster. Two week maceration. Vinified for two weeks in raw, French Oak barrique that he shaves before every new fermentation. The barrels are sealed and rolled every few days then the grapes are pressed and returned to the same oak barrel for a year. No added SO2.
