2020 - Sémillon and Moscatel
This is a hazy white that borders on orange wine territory. Orange blossom on the nose with bright, fresh flavors of peach and nectarine finishing with a hint of salinity.
An aromatic and textured white wine made from old vines (80-170 years) of Sémillon and Moscatel. About a day of skin contact gives this wine a slight tannic edge. Fermentation with native yeast in concrete tank. Low added SO2.
