50/50 blend of Mourvèdre and Marsanne that’s 100 % whole cluster, foot stomped and co-fermented in neutral French oak then bottled without fining or filtration and just a touch of SO2. As its name suggests - try to say ‘chillable’ with a strong French accent - it’s a light-bodied, fresh red with low tannins, crisp acidity and gorgeous red berry flavors that begs to be guzzled at around 45 degrees.
