Nice fruity smell dark berries. Medium length. Rare grape varietal which is only made by 12 producers in the world. Scent: Burnt sugar, plum, som nice perfumed or chemical note, leather and old clothes. Interesting. Looks: Very light red/brown. Mouthfeel: Dry. ABV is 13,5%. Low plus body. High acidity. Sweet liquorice on the pallet. Average of 8 to 10 days of maceration. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel, then 4 months in bottle before release. 13.5% alcohol.
