An earthy, Bordeaux-style blend from Veneto characteristic of both the spicy, green notes of a Cab Franc, and the fruity of a Merlot. Drinks clean for an unsulfured wine but has a noticeable earthiness of a natural wine. Great first vintage. No fining, no filtering, native yeast ferment and organic grapes.
