Medium straw in color, the aromas are light and piercing, on the austere side of the spectrum, with scents of lime, green apple, tart apricot and a pronounced mineral note. Light bodied, off dry, soft in the middle but with fairly high acidity, the wine has a spicy mouth feel. Balance is good. Flavors of tart apricot, green apple, lime, smoky mineral, and a light bitter streak have good focus and concentration. The finish is tart, mineral, and limey with very good length. Made from 20 year old vines Naturally fermented in stainless steel. Quite drinkable now, it may improve with time in the cellar.
