Maturana Wines, Sémillon Valle del Colchagua

Single varietal Semillon. This wine has a faint yellow color with golden highlights. Aromas of honey, stone fruit, toast, freshly cut grass and citrus. It is a dry, balanced wine with personality, showcasing a fair amount of acidity. 20% of the wine ferments on the skins for three and a half months. The rest is fermented as a traditional wine. The vineyard is located in the coastal area of Paredones.
